Our Doctors
Dr. Christopher Frazier, O. D.
Born in Lander, Wyoming and raised in Riverton, Wyoming. After graduating from Riverton High School, Dr. Frazier attended the University of Wyoming, where he earned a bachelors degree in science. Dr. Frazier, then pursued his career in Optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR. There he graduated receiving his doctrine with distinction and a four year membership to Beta Alpha Psi honor society. Dr. Frazier completed his clinical rotations at Portland VA Hospital, Malmstrom Air Force Base, and Indian Health Center. Dr. Frazier is a current member of the American Optometric Association and Wyoming Optometric Association, and is pleased to be back to his hometown providing quality eyecare to Fremont County. Dr. Frazier is proud to deliver professional optometric services in ocular eye disease such as; glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts. He also provides services in primary eye care, pediatrics, contact lenses, scleral contacts, rigid gas permeable contact lenses, sports vision, dry eye, and emergency exams.
Dr. Frazier is an active member in the Riverton Lions Club, and is currently the club secretary while also serving on the sight conservation committee. Dr. Frazier is currently a Board of Director for the Sage West Hospital, a subsidiary of LifePoint Health.
Dr. James Hinkle, O. D.
Dr. Hinkle was born in Riverton and is a graduate of Riverton High School. He joined Riverton Vision Center in 1994 after graduating from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California.
Dr. Hinkle enjoys following his children’s sporting events and volunteering his time coaching youth football and baseball. He has served on the board of directors of Riverton Little League and Riverton Legion baseball. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his family camping, hunting, and fishing in the mountains of Wyoming.
Dr. Devin Davis, O. D.
After 30 years in optometry, Dr. Devin Davis jumped at the opportunity to move back to his hometown and join the Riverton Vision Center. Dr. Davis graduated with honors from the Pacific University College of Optometry in 1991 and worked at clinics in Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota and most recently in Chadron, Nebraska where he owned his own practice. He loves building relationships with his patients and is driven to provide the best eye care possible.
Dr. Davis and his wife, Kim, have been married for 27 years. Kim has been a volleyball coach for over 30 years and has also worked in education. They have three grown children, Brandon, Tyler and Maaryn. Dr. Davis and his wife love the outdoors, especially fishing, and are grateful to be back near the mountains. Both have also been involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes for nearly 20 years and look forward to being active in a local church.

I have been working for Riverton Vision Center since 2015. I pretest patients and assist the doctors with patients for their annual eye exam, cataract referrals, Lasik referrals, and glaucoma testing. I am furthering my knowledge with Medicaid and VSP insurance. I enjoy working with our patients and helping them get the care they need. I am continuing my education on certifications as a technician. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, riding bikes, walking, and traveling.
I am a Past President of the Riverton Lions Club and involved with the Children’s eye screenings at local schools and daycares.
Tina Shaw

I started working at Riverton Vision Center in 2017. I have worked at Riverton Vision Center for 4 years after a 28 year career at Kmart. I have always wanted to work in a business setting. In my spare time, I love to go camping, riding side by sides, and spending time with my family.
Kammi McClendon, ABOC
Certified Optician
Kammi was born and raised in Riverton. She ventured outside of Wyoming’s state lines for 22 years, but returned in 2014. She began her optical career in 1998, and is a trusted expert in crafting, fitting, and troubleshooting eyewear. She is dedicated to expanding her knowledge as technology changes in the optical field. When not working with glasses, Kammi participates in local roller derby events and she enjoys being with her family.
Yolanda Norsworthy
Receptionist
I moved to Riverton in 1996. I have been working in the medical field for 18 plus years. I started at Riverton Vision Center in 2020 and I really like greeting everyone as they come in to see us. I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy making great memories.
Brandi Ciesielski
Optician
I started working at Riverton Vision Center in 2021. I do a little bit of everything. I love helping people and making them feel good about themselves. I have lived in Riverton most of my life. I have been happily married to a wonderful guy for over 20 years and have 2 sons.
